Nail technology is one of the fastest-growing and most creative, rewarding and high-paying professions in cosmetology today.
As a nail technican you will use the latest technology to apply artificial nail and use your artistic abilities to create original designs on nails. You will be part of the booming, manicuring and artifical nail industry, with combined sales of more than $6 billion a year and this figure continues to climb. Manicuring, as a profession, has gained a great deal of respect. No longer are nail technicians thought of as high school dropouts. The women and men entering the field today are older and wiser, with good work ethics.
Career Develope Program Completer. Satisfies the MCPS graduation "program completer" requirement when taken with one credit credit of on-the-job (OJT) Training.
