Time to start your New Year's cleaning spree? We have just the place for your goodies. January 6th through February 14th, we will begin accepting gently used clothing and shoes to donate to needy families in our area. Donations will go to the Interfaith Clothing Center in Rockville, Maryland. This year we are also taking a special collection of winter wear that will be given to needy families in the Gaithersburg area. Please place all items in kitchen-sized trash bags. This makes it easier for us to handle the donations. Bags can be dropped off in the bin in our front hallway. All donations are tax deductible! Let's see if we can meet or beat our record of 300 bags from last year! |
