| Mrs. Fairbairn's Science classes studied biotic & abiotic factors necessary for growth & survival of different fish and aquatic orgamisms and also adaptations of marine organisims. Students applied this knowledge in a hands on experience analysing live specimens and creating a record of their observations through the Japanese art of gyotaku, fish painting. Students mattéd their work and presented data on thier selected species and on the techniques of gytaku in an after school art show on November 18th. |
