Retired Assistant Chief of Police for Montgomery County, Mr. O'Toole, grandfather of Colleen Caffrey, surprised Officer Johnson at our Monday Patrol Meeting on February 13, 2012. Mr. O'Toole is the former supervisor of Officer John Johnson, our Safety Police Officer Sponsor.
