Clearspring Media Center
We are proud to welcome our new media team: Mrs. Diane Koehnlein, Media Specialist, (right) and Mrs. Martha Mossberg, Media Assistant (left).
The mission of the media center is to enrich and support the elementary curriculum, provide information resources in a variety of formats, promote literacy, nurture life-long learning, and teach students to access, evaluate, and use information effectively.
Circulation Information
Head Start, Kindergarten and Grade 1 students may check out one book. Grade 2 students may check out two books. Grade 3 through 5 students may check out three books.
Students are responsible for taking good care of the books and returning them on time. Students with overdue books will not be able to check out books until the overdue book is returned. If a book is lost or damaged, an obligation slip will be sent home with a request for payment.
Books are checked out for a 2 week loan, but can be renewed as needed.
Reference books remain in the media center for everyone’s use. They may be checked out for one night and are due back the next morning.
