Attention Tennis Players….
Tennis tryouts begin on August 15th and are from 8-10 am and 12-2 pm. Tryouts will last three to four days depending on the amount of girls that tryout.
What you need for tryouts:
· Parent Permission Letter
· Medical Card for Athletes
· Health Inventory Form
Please print the Clarksburg Coyote Tennis information packet which includes tryout expectations and all required forms.
In addition please make sure that you pay the $20.00 ECA Fee and have completed the following transportation form:
· Made payment to the county for the Extracurricular Activity (ECA) Fee .
· Completed Application to Participate in an Activity Away from School for which MCPS Transportation is Not Provided, MCPS Form 560-31 , if student-athletic takes any other form of transportation other than buses provided by the school. This form will be handed out by the coach of each team.
I must have all forms the morning of tryouts or you will not participate. Make sure that you are physically fit for tryouts!
