||Mike Anderson, Team Leader, 4th grade teacher
I graduated from the University of Maryland in 2009 (go Terps!) andstarted a graduate program in curriculum and instruction from McDaniel University that will conclude in 2015. I love working with all the staff, students and community in Chevy Chase. When I am not teaching, I love watching, playing and coaching sports. Some of my favorites are lacrosse, football and basketball. In the summer, you can usually find me on the beach reading. I love reading fantasy, mysteries, informational texts and poetry!

||Ashley Granados, 4th grade teacher
I gave a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from University of Maryland. This will be my third year teaching fourth grade at CCES. Previously, I taught second grade in MCPS for two years. When I am not teaching, I enjoy cuddling with my dog Bagel, reading, shopping, watching movies, and exploring Washington, D.C. I am excited for my year at CCES and can't wait to make long lasting memories.

My name is Emily Greenberg. I have a bachelor’s
degree in Elementary Education from the University of Maryland in College Park
and I am currently working toward my master’s degree in School Counseling at
Johns Hopkins. I love spending time with my family and friends, going to
sporting events, and shopping. This is my 5th year teaching at CCES
and 4th year teaching Reading and Social Studies in 4th
grade. I am looking forward to another great year!

||Mark Lynch, 4th grade, Center for Enriched Studies - Math, Science, & Writing
Greetings! I studied Kindergarten and Elementary Education
at Penn State University, and I graduated with distinction in 2012. This will
be my sixth year teaching at Chevy Chase. I’ve taught 4th grade at Chevy Chase, and this is my second year in “The Center.” While
teaching, I earned my Master’s Degree in Instructional Design and Technology
from Purdue University. My wife, Rebecca, and I have been married for two
years, and we enjoy cooking and watching a show together on the couch. I am a
huge fan of all Pittsburgh sports teams, and I really enjoy trivia, comedy, and
reading when I have the chance. Here’s to another great year at Chevy Chase.

I studied International Relations at Boston University and Education at the State University of New York at Fredonia. I have 18 years of teaching experience and have taught a variety of subjects and grades. This is my third year at CCES and the Highly Gifted Center. My husband and I have two sons, ages 7 & 12, and two daughters, ages 6 & 9.In my spare time I enjoy reading, cooking, sports, and relaxing at the beach.I am looking forward to an amazing year of learning!

|Jacob Soboleski, 4th grade teacher
My name is Jacob Soboleski and this is my fourth year at CCES. I was previously an intern in Anne Arundel County and I graduated from Towson University in 2011. I have lived in Baltimore, Maryland my entire life, which means that I am one of the few Ravens fans here at CCES! In my spare time, I enjoy using technology, hiking, and staying active. I am looking forward to a great school year here at CCES!
