In the last Cashell PTA meeting held on January 6th- Mrs. Lynne Hochstadt and Mrs. Toni Skladany gave a presentation of different children literature web sites that they had researched. The following links were deemed helpful in providing age and grade level appropriate resources for book lists.

      www.bookadventure.com Book Adventure is a FREE reading motivation program for children in grades K-8. Children create their own book lists from over 6,000 recommended titles, take multiple choice quizzes on the books they've read offline, and earn points and prizes for their literary successes.

Reading Is Fundamental- This link features an author and a book of the month. You can read about your favorite author and illustrator and find out how to send them your fan mail. If you sign in to the Reading planet (prior permission from Parents required) you are able to start your own bookshelf where you can create a wish list of books you want to read.
