Directions to "Save the File"
Right click your mouse button on the picture you want and choose Save Image As. In the "Look In" dialogue box, scroll down to YOUR DIRECTORY and save the file with a name you will recognize and the given file extension (.gif, .jpg, .bmp, .html).
How to Insert into a Word Document
At the Insert pull down menu, select Picture. Click and move to the right to select From File. Select your image (you may need to change File type to read All Pictures) and click OK. Right click the mouse button and select Format Picture, to adjust the size, location, wrap effects, etc.
How to Insert into a PowerPoint Presentation
At the Insert pull down menu, select Picture. Click and move to the right to select From File. Select your image (you may need to change File type to read All Files) and click OK. At the Slide Show menu option, select Custom Animation to adjust how the pitcture is presented in your show.
