"Machu Picchu,"
Machu Picchu, which means “manly peak”, was built between 1460 and 1470 A.D. by Pachacuti Inca Yupanqui,
an Incan ruler, high in the towering Andes Mountains in Peru. The city held about 200 buildings and had 1200 residents when it was in use.
