Spring internship opportunities on Homework Hotline Live!

MCPS-TV is currently looking for four additional high school students to participate as members of our Homework Hotline Live (HHL) TV production crew from now through April 26th.

Student interns make Homework Hotline Live possible. Student volunteers participate in a wide range of activities while working on Homework Hotline Live. They are trained in floor directing, preparing on-screen TV graphics, and screening phone calls, emails, & text messages. Later in the semester, students move into audio mixing and technical directing.

Homework Hotline Live is seen throughout Montgomery County. Interning at HHL is a great way for students to earn SSL hours, or gain course credit through coordination with your school’s intern coordinator. If you are interested in becoming an intern on Homework Hotline Live, please read the attached internship description form.

Students can contact Eric VanRyzin, the Multimedia Producer/Director, by email at Eric_J_VanRyzin@mcpsmd.org to set up an interview.
