Blake High School

Career Academy Planner

The purpose of the Career Academy Planner is to provide a structure for you to think ahead as you move through the academy process toward your future.  The plan will be revisited and updated each year; so, it should be considered flexible.  The process for completing this form includes the involvement of many stakeholders:  you, your parents/guardian, academy period teacher, counselor, and/or any other school official charged with helping you through your high school career.  Everyone involved will work together to fulfill the role of helping you explore, examine and determine your interests, goals, and plans.
