GraphicHello, Blake! I am your host _______________________. Today is a Silver Day. Please stand for the pledge…

Here’s today’s  Black History special moment:

On this day, Leontyne Price was born in 1927. Born and raised in the Deep South, she rose to international acclaim in the 1950s and 1960s, and was one of the first African Americans to become a leading artist at the Metropolitan Opera as one of opera’s great sopranos..
And now, today’s SAT Word of the Day:

Today’s SAT word is “fabricate” meaning to create. In 1938, writers fabricated thrilling murder mysteries around the kidnapping of the Lindbergh baby.
