 MCPS Curriculum
    The MCPS curriculum serves all learners. It includes the basics — language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, and the arts. It supports exceptional children — those with disabilities, the highly able, and English language learners.

    MCPS Curriculum 2.0 is built around developing students' critical and creative thinking skills, as well as essential academic success skills, so that students are well prepared for a lifetime of learning.  This presentation provides you with how this works in math.

    Take a look at our MSA Reading and Math scores over the last few years. You will see that our students work hard to improve each year. Also included is our Grade 2 TN2 scores from the 2010-2011 school year. All the charts tell us our students are really showing what they know.
