The Request to Withhold Directory Information form for the 2007-08 school year has been posted to the web in English and five other languages.

A consent and release reminder: This Directory Information Withhold form sent home to parents in the summer packet is the vehicle for parents to refuse permission for their student's photo or other appropriate information to be published on the school web site. If parents DO NOT wish their student's photo to be published on the web site, they must complete, sign and return the form. If parents do not return the form, they have opted in and given permission for such use.
