1st SEMESTER DEADLINE FOR SSL DOCUMENTATION - Documentation (MCPS Form 560-51) of service performed during the 1st Semester is due Friday BEFORE 1st Semester exams begin - Friday, January 6, 2012. All SSL forms are available on the website www.mcpsssl.org.
DEADLINE FOR DIPLOMA NAME CONFIRMATION IS DECEMBER 16th - For Seniors who have NOT given your information about your diploma, please visit Room A204 for confirmation of how your name is to be written on your Diploma.
Your DEADLINE is December 16th. All seniors who DO NOT confirm their names will have the default name that is in the school sytem written on their diplomas.
Seniors: Result letters needed in counseling -- Counseling Department would appreciate copies of result letters from college applications that were submitted. This information is NEEDED for future seniors so that Family Connections/Naviance data is as accurate as possible. They may be dropped off in A201/204.

•Tasks before Graduation: Before graduation, seniors are obligated to fill out the MSDE survey, the B-CC High School Family Connections survey, and give the Counseling Department a stamped/addressed envelope (with your name in the upper left corner) for your final transcript to be sent to the school of
your choice.

• Release form needed before transcripts can be sent: All seniors who wish transcripts sent out this year as part of the college application process need to fill out the Information Release Form (yellow)and have it signed by your parents.
Drop it off asap in the Guidance Center. No information can be sent out from B-CC about you without this release form.

Graduation Video:
To order a graduation video (available only in DVD for $25 each), please download the Graduation Ceremony DVD Order Form and send the completed form, with check payable to B-CC High School, to Jeff Kenton, B-CC High School, 4301 East-West Highway, Bethesda, MD 20814.
Payment MUST accompany an order.
All DVDs must be picked up at school. They will not be mailed/delivered.
Mr. Kenton will notify you when your video is ready for pick-up. Please allow 2-4 weeks after graduation. Videos will be produced in the order that the requests are received.
Mr. Kenton will be available at graduation rehearsal to collect orders.
