The annual SGA Activities Fair will be held on Friday, September 21st.
The freshmen will attend during at 10:30am and the 10th-12th graders
will attend at lunch.
Tables will be set up along the sidewalk in front of the main entrance. In case it rains, the tables will be set up in the first floor lobby and atrium areas. Tables are first come, first serve. One table per club please. However, each club must sign up for a table and designate two (2) club members to set up the table. The students designated for set-up will be excused from class at the end of 3rd period. Only those designated students will be excused from 4th period. The approved list of clubs and students designated for the set-up on Sept. 21st will be posted outside Mr. Herchenroeder's room, C207.
All clubs are responsible for assisting in the clean-up of tables and assisting in their return to the cafeteria or designated site.
Activities Fair registration forms are due to Mr. Herchenroeder in room C207 no later than Friday September 14th at 2:15 p.m. The club sponsor must sign each registration form.
