Bio:
Mrs. Wheatley received both a BS in wildlife biology and
an MS in Biology (Environmental Science emphasis) from California
University of Pennsylvania. She joined the B-CC science
department in the fall of 2005 and has brought work experience
to the classroom from a variety of fields.
Formerly a wildlife biologist working with black bears and
various small animals, Mrs. Wheatley has also worked in
water quality assurance and virology. She has taught biology,
chemistry, environmental science, anatomy and physiology
in both high schools and community colleges.
Mrs. Wheatley, a self-described sports enthusiast, and her
husband, a former college football coach, have a three year-old
son.
