Session II

Tuesday, July 15 through Monday, August 4, 2008
Wednesday, July 23, 2008 – No school

Time: 8:00 am to 12:30 pm

* No more than 25 students per session

Reminder: Your child is allowed to miss only one day of summer school. If you are planning to vacation and will miss more than one day, your child will not pass the Health class. One day of summer school is equivalent to a week of regular school. If the two Health sessions at B-CC do not fit your schedule, remember your child has three other options: 1) He/she can take Health class at one of the MCPS summer school sites. 2) He/she can take the summer online Health class. 3) He/she can take Health class next school year or the following school year.

Please look over your summer dates to see if they will match the B-CC dates.

Sign up in the counseling office. The Health class registration will begin on Thursday, April 24. First come first served.

Please note:
1.  You must have the completed form (forms are available at the B-CC Guidance Office or online on the MCPS website) with a check for $310, payable to MCPS. No credit card payment is accepted.
2.  Remember there are two sessions, June 23 to July 11, and July 15 to August 4. There are 25 spaces for students in each class. Students must have completed their freshman year to take this course.
3.  Parents need not be present for the students to enroll.
