Then... Purchase a book to donate to the Bannockburn Media Center in your child’s honor or share the link and have friends and family make a book gift in their honor.
Books on the Bannockburn Elementary School Amazon Wishlist are books that have either been recommended by a student, staff, or parent in the Bannockburn community. Students have been helping refresh our collection by identifying books that are not in the best of shape or books that have not been checked out in ten or more years. But most importantly they have been identifying books that they would like to see on the shelf. Show them that you acknowledge their investment in the media center by gifting the media center with a title... or four!
To access the Bannockburn Media Center Wish List simply follow these steps:
1. Log onto http://www.amazon.com
2. Select“Wish List” in the upper right hand corner. 3
3. Under“Find someone’s list” type “Bannockburn Elementary School” and you will have access to our School Library’s Wish List.
4. Simply select the title(s) you’d like to purchase.
5. As you proceed through the purchasing process, select the “Gift Option.” This will allow you to type a free gift note message that will be delivered to Ms. Moore with the book. This message will be printed onto a book plate for the donated book. You can type a separate note for each book you order.
6. Complete the ordering process. The book will be delivered to Bannockburn.
If you choose to participate, your gift book will have a special birthday donation sticker placed inside of the front jacket stating that it was donated to Bannockburn Elementary in honor of your child. It is the gift that keeps on giving for many years
