The Character Education Committee
Bannockburn Elementary School’s Character Education Committee is composed of teachers and parents dedicated to creating the most positive learning environment possible at our school. To this end, we help our students focus each month on an important trait of good character, and support teachers in recognizing students who exemplify the values we are teaching.
Character Education Committee meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month in the Bannockburn Media Center at 8:30 a.m. Meetings last about 45 minutes.
For minutes for any of our meetings, please contact Elizabeth Whiting, Bannockburn's school counselor, at 301 320 6555.
For questions, suggestions or comments about our program, please contact either Elizabeth Whiting, school counselor, at 301 320 6555 or PTA Character Education Committee Co-Chairs Angie Zeidenberg (Azeidenberg@verizon.net) or Cheryl Dodwell (Cheryl@dodwell.net) We welcome your input, participation and support!
