Character Education Book List
Dear Parents:
Here it is! A list of books available in our Bannockburn Media Center that relate to the values we discuss each month as part of our School’s Character Education Program.
Our recommended reading list is divided into 8 themes: Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Moral Courage, Caring, Honesty, Cooperation and Citizenship, corresponding with the values we highlight each month at school. There are also suggestions of books that address Tolerance and Trust.
If you have additional books to suggest in each category, we’d be glad to hear about them! Please send an email to our guidance counselor, Elizabeth Whiting with your ideas and suggestions.
