Our Principal
This is Mrs. Worthington's 24th year as an educator. She was a teacher for 12 years in grades pre-K through 12 in three different states. After five years as an assistant principal in two Montgomery County Public Schools middle schools, Mrs. Worthington became principal of Baker Middle. This is her seventh year as principal of Baker and she just loves the enthusiasm and spirit of the students, staff, and Damascus community. Mrs. Worthington and her husband have two children. Their son is a film and television producer and their daughter is a senior in college. For family fun, the Worthingtons' like to go to plays, concerts, theme parks and the beach. Mrs. Worthington leads the school with the philosophy of, "If it's good for the students, my answer is yes." |
