Our Principal
This is Mrs. Worthington's 21st year as an educator.
She was a teacher for 12 years in grades pre-K through 12 in
three different states.
After five years as an assistant principal
in two Montgomery County Public Schools middle schools, Mrs.
Worthington became principal of Baker Middle. This is her
fourth year as principal of Baker and she just loves the enthusiasm
and spirit of the students, staff, and Damascus community.
Mrs. Worthington and her husband have two children.
Both their son and daughter are in college. For
family fun, the Worthingtons like to go to plays, concerts, and
theme parks.
Mrs. Worthington leads the school with the philosophy
of, "If it's good for the students, my answer is yes."
