On July 2, the Board of Education approved the school meal prices for the 2001-2002 school year. The price of lunch increased by 5 cents.

The meal prices are as follows:

Breakfast: $1.00 for the paying student
30 cents for the reduced price eligible student

Lunch:
Elementary $1.65 for the paying student
40 cents for the reduced price eligible student

Secondary $1.75 for the paying student
40 cents for the reduced price eligible student

Milk remains at 40 cents and ice cream at 50 cents. Adult lunches will be $2.65 (no beverage).
