New Teacher Evaluation Process

A new website describing the new teacher evaluation process is available at the link highlighted below.

The new teacher evaluation process is being implemented this year at 35 schools, as one of the key components of the system of shared accountability. It is the first of several new evaluation processes being designed to evaluate all staff in the school system.

The website includes information on philosophy and design of the new system, performance standards, professional growth cycle, peer assistance and review, training, implementation timeline, frequently asked questions, and handbooks and other forms. The website was developed by the Office of Human Resources.
