Lead in Water Results Released for 20 Schools

The analysis of water sample tests for elevated levels of lead at an additional 20 schools has been completed. Thus far, 107 schools have received completed test results, and work continues by the Montgomery County Health Department and Montgomery County Public Schools staff to finish the remaining school analyses as quickly as possible.

The most recent data were released to parents through letters from their school principals last week.

The information for all 107 schools is posted on the school system's lead safeguards web site and in the attached file.
