The Board of Education met this evening [Wednesday, April 23] and approved the following appointments of four principals:

* E. Moreno Carrasco, currently principal of Eastern Middle School, as principal of Richard Montgomery High School.

* Suzanne Maxey, currently principal of Bowie High School in Prince George's County, as principal of Seneca Valley High School.

* Alton E. Sumner, currently assistant principal at Wheaton High School, as principal of North Bethesda Middle School.

* Mary Beth Waits, currently assistant principal at Paint Branch High School, as principal of E. Brooke Lee Middle School.
