Montgomery Blair High School hosted several dignitaries November 18 in celebration of American Education Week, including U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan, Gov. Martin O’Malley and National Education Association President Dennis Van Roekel. Sec. Duncan talked with students about the importance of teaching and urged them to consider the profession as a career.
