Mediation/ Dispute Resolution

Most conflicts in the workplace are minor and can be handled by the individuals involved. When MCPS employees and managers need additional help to resolve workplace disputes and build mutual respect and cooperation, the MCPS Dispute Resolution Program is available with a free, voluntary, and confidential mediation process. Mediation is available to all MCPS employees as part of the school system's commitment to support the development of a strong, effective workforce.
