Checks for school-based employees will be available
from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. in the CESC auditorium. Picture identification
is required, and written authorization from the employee
must be presented when picking up a paycheck other than your
own. Any checks not distributed will be delivered to the
schools on the next business day when schools are open. Employees
located in administrative and central offices that remain
open will have normal paycheck distribution.*
Watch MCPS cable channels 33 and 34 or listen to the
local radio and television stations for check distribution
information. Every effort will be made to distribute paychecks
from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. in the CESC auditorium. If weather conditions
prohibit check distribution during that time or employees
cannot pick up their checks, checks will be distributed to
all schools and central and administrative offices on the
next scheduled business day.
*Administrative offices are defined as CESC,
Calhoun Place, Lincoln Center, Connecticut Park Center, Lynnbrook
Center, Rocking Horse Center, Vision Programs, Upper Montgomery
County Center, Spring Mill Center, Century 21 Center.
