Staff Development

Implementation of the curriculum revision requires extensive staff development, which began this year with familiarizing school staff with the framework and blueprints. A comprehensive staff development plan for the coming year includes a weeklong summer 2002 institute for school leadership teams that will prepare schools to roll out the curriculum, instruction, and assessment materials.
