Your Questions Answered
The MCPS Call Center provides families and community members with a one-stop resource for accurate and timely information about school operations, programs, enrollment, tests and reports, and other information about the school system. Questions such as "How do I enroll my child in school?," "When does school start?," and "When will my child receive a report card?" will be answered.
Multi-Lingual Access
The Call Center provides answers to community questions in English and Spanish. Callers speaking other languages will be referred to the Cambodian, Chinese, French, Korean, and Vietnamese language lines in the Division of ESOL/Bilingual Programs.
Hearing Impaired Access
The Call Center also is accessible to individuals with disabilities via the relay system.
