• Jeff Brown - Tech Teacher and Webmaster, Damascus High School For his design talent, technical skill, persistence and patience in single-handedly migrating the entire school web site into the Tron web publishing system - the first webmaster to accomplish this feat

• Gail Horvath - For her invaluable contributions to the evolution of the MCPS web as the only member of the Web Services Team who has done and does EVERYTHING - manages servers, write documentation, create web sites, program an application, and most important, teach and support webmasters.
