About the Awards
The goal of the Department of Transportation Customer Delight Program is to Delight our Customers rather than just satisfy them. The DOT is committed to fostering and sustaining strategies that support and improve employee effectiveness.
Our DOT Customer Delight culture identifies students, parents, schools, other MCPS departments and employees, and the public at large as our Customers.
