(ABCD) Awards
The ABCD award recognizes distinct and extraordinary accomplishments of Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) employees in connection with official employment. Employees who place dedication to the school system above personal or political motives and/or those whose superior contributions are clearly to the benefit of the district and its children represent the very best of MCPS. Award recipients enhance both the success and the reputation of our school system through their extraordinary actions.
Customer Delight Awards
The goal of the Department of Transportation Customer Delight Program is to Delight our Customers rather than just satisfy them. The DOT is committed to fostering and sustaining strategies that support and improve employee effectiveness.
Our DOT Customer Delight culture identifies students, parents, schools, other MCPS departments and employees, and the public at large as our Customers. The employees listed below have been recognized for their extraordinary efforts to Delight our Customers. Their actions demonstrate an unusual and ongoing commitment to the well-being and success of our students and other Customers.
