School Improvement Plan

All Montgomery County Public Schools must develop or revise an existing School Improvement Plan (SIP) based on the Baldrige guided school improvement planning process.  A requirement of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB Act) is for parents to be involved in the development, revision, and evaluation of the SIP.

Parents are an integral part of the school improvement process.  Parents are assisting school staff in the revision of the school’s school improvement plan.  For more information about how you can become part of the school improvement process, call the school office.
