| Description |
FMS is an integrated system that has replaced the old Financial Information System (FIS) and systems used by the cafeteria, materials management, budget, and other offices. FMS gives real-time data and is more efficient, detailed, and streamlined than past systems. FMS is used for general ledger, capital project and grant accounting, accounts payable and receivable, procurement, and materials management. The system allows department heads, managers, and school-based personnel to track and manage financial business functions from one centralized place. Go to FMS information page
