Description	The School-based Instructional Monitoring System (SIMS) provides school principals and their staffs with a tool to plan instruction effectively, monitor individual student progress, and evaluate the total school program. SIMS consists of a number of files containing student data, such as demographic information, test scores, report card grades, and suspensions. These files are collected centrally and distributed to schools periodically as updated information is acquired.
