FMS is an integrated system that replaces the Financial Information System (FIS) and systems used by the cafeteria, materials management, budget and other offices. The new system will give real-time data and more efficient, detailed and streamlined than past systems. FMS will be used for general ledger, capital project and grant accounting, accounts payable and receivable, procurement and materials management.
