Designs and supports the
network infrastructure, provides telecommunication
services, installs school and office hardware and
software, and provides technical support for school
networks. Schools continue to be upgraded through
the Tech Mod initiative. |

Provides help desk and technology
systems maintenance services for school and office
staff. User support specialists are assigned to
each school; the Help Desk responds to more than
30,000 requests annually; and the technology systems
maintenance staff repair nearly 10,000 systems a
