The division manages the technical configuration of information systems and facilitates the implementation of effective, secure, and reliable hardware and software solutions. The division also provides the operational support for administrative data and reports in support of the Success For Every Student plan.


Central Server

Operates, monitors, and provides technical support for the MCPS central servers and related equipment, including high-speed printers and scanners, to allow 24-hour access to essential databases and applications.
Directory Services

Provides support for network system architecture, nonschool based office servers, user account management, e-mail communication, and electronic conferencing abilities.
Database Management

Creates, maintains, and monitors enterprise databases for effective use in an operating environment.
