The Division of Technology Support provides technical assistance to schools and offices while maintaining new and existing hardware and software. Staff also maintains equipment in central services locations and provides audiovisual equipment in schools. The Help Desk provides a central location for MCPS staff seeking information and timely resolution to technical problems.
