The mission of the Department of Instructional Technology (DIT) is to support excellence in teaching and learning, facilitate collaborative learning communities, and support operational excellence that enhances the management of the business of education. This is accomplished by building the capacity of administrative, teachers, and support service professional staff through high quality, differentiated, and situated/job-embedded professional development to support the implementation of new and existing technologies in schools and offices.
