MCR Executive Board
Officer Elections & Staff Appointments
 

The MCPS Board of Education requires that students involved in extra curricular activites to have and maintain a 2.0 GPA.

ARCHIVED INFORMATION - deadlines have passed...(however, interested stduents may wish to read about the possible positions for 2010-2011.)

Staff applications: Staff applications for the 2009-2010 school year are now open (registration closed) - (no password needed)- Applications close at 4:00pm, May 1, 2009. (read the basic information before going on-line pdf)

All staff members shall: attend all Executive Committee and General Assembly Meetings; actively participate in MCR activities; maintain regular communication with officers, other staff members, and the advisor; apply and use the MCPS email account for correspondences; give quarterly written progress reports staff positions; submit a year end report relating to the actions of the position during the year.

Interested students should look at the executive board meeting schedule and the general assembly schedule.

Note: the staff requirements and positions are outlined in the MCR Bylaws. The bylaws expire 45 days after the election of a new president. The new president may make updates, changes, deletions from the Bylaws.

Officer applications - - the deadline for 2009-2010 MCR officer applications is March 12, 2009.
