MCR Executive Board
 

What is the MCR Executive Board? The Executive Board of MCR is comprised of elected officers as well as appointed staff. In addition, the student government president (or his/her representative) is a voting member of the board. All executive board members are expected to attend the meetings. Interested students are also welcome to attend (see meeting details below).


Meet the 2011-2012 MCR Executive Board Staff

Elections and Appointments to the Executive Board - Early each spring, the MCR officers are elected and staff applicatons are available. Information is distributed at the General Assembly meetings and the packet is posted on the MCR web pages and with the Student Affairs Office newsletter. Student Service Learning - Exeuctive Board members receive student service learing hours for their work in this organization. MCR staff should download the MCR SSL form, complete it, and return it to the Student Affairs Office for verification (pdf). (Deadlines for submission to the Student Affairs Office are two days prior to the deadlines listed in the instructions on the SSL form.)

Meetings: 7:00pm - 8:30pm - All meetings are held at Carver Educational Services Center (directions to CESC). Meetings are held in the cafeteria. There is a door into the cafeteria just before the North Entrance to the building (by the reserved Board of Education parking spaces).

MCR Advance - with the new executive board and high school presidents

MASC Executive Board Meetings: The MCR president (or his/her designee) will attend MASC Executive Board meetings. Other MCR staff and students are invited to attend. MASC executive board meets around the state in different counties. The meetings are generally on a Saturday and include some leadership training.
