Montgomery County Public Schools Board of Education President
Patricia O'Neill made comments at the celebration ceremony on
July 21, 2003.
At the end of the ceremony, representatives of organizations
(United Way organizations, Linkages to Learning, MC Recreation
Department, Housing Opportunity Commission, MCPS schools, etc.)
were able to collect supplies for their programs.
