On Thursday, December 8, 2011, the Board of Education and Superintendent of Schools will meet from 7:00–9:00 p.m. in the auditorium at the Carver Educational Services Center with student leaders from secondary schools and the executive boards of the Montgomery County Regional Student Government Association and Montgomery County Junior Councils. Some MCPS executive staff will be in attendance. This meeting is an opportunity for students to have an open dialogue with members of the Board of Education.
On or before December 6, 2011, secondary school student government advisors should register no more than 6-8 students to attend this event. No names are needed, just the number of students attending - up to eight. Every secondary school should be represented. (MCR and MCJC executive board members are expected to attend.)
