Maryland Leadership Workshops (MLW) A week to change your life

For over 50 years, Maryland Leadership Workshops has been providing fun, engaging and empowering programs that bring out the best in each student delegate. Whether you are at the top of your leadership game or still trying to decide which direction to go, MLW programs give you insights into your strengths and the skills to put them into action! As an MLW delegate,you will spend a week getting to know new people and discussing issues important to Maryland's youth. Leadership skills are a vital part of everyday life and our program is designed to develop those skills in order for you to become a stronger leader in your own life at school,home,and in your community.
