Use MCPS Form 560-51, Student Service Learning Activity Verification to document all summer service. All forms are due to the school SSL coordinator by the last Friday in September (9-26-08).
MCPS Form 560-50 has a new name... Request for Student Service Learning Preapproval. Use this form to seek approval for earning SSL hours with organizations and opportunities that are not already identified as 'MCPS SSL Approved' on this website.
