On July 1, 2005, the Department
of Special Education changed the Director's position
to better align with MCPS functions. DSE now has
two directors: Ms. Gwendolyn Mason is the Director
of Special Education Services, and Ms. Judy Pattik
is the Director of Special Education Operations.
